BOOKING & APPOINTMENT POLICY • You must email/text me to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment or will be charged 100% of your total. (No call/no show) • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. • We have a 15-minute grace period. • If you are running 15+ minutes late, you must CALL before the grace period ends to see if we need to reschedule. • If you do not call and or 15+ minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and charged 100% (no call/no show). Please Read Before Booking: • I do NOT work over other stylists work. • All clients must be 12 years or older. • No extra guests due to limited seating. • Please read the Hair Recommendation tab before booking. • For sew-ins (10–24 inch bundles), any bundle after the 3rd bundle is +$35 per bundle. Payments Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Cash Cash App is NOT accepted. Deposits: • All deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled within 24 hours of booking. • Deposit is only good for 7 days after a rescheduled appointment. • Deposit can only be used once for rescheduling and is NOT transferable. • Style changes must be made 48 hours before appointment. • Failure to follow policies will result in deposit being forfeited. NOT LIKING YOUR HAIR DOES NOT = REFUND. If you leave the salon without addressing something that was there before you left does not = refund nor does it mean you will be able to get it corrected due to availability. Please speak up in regards to anything that you are not satisfied with. Please understand that once you or another stylist has altered, removed, or modified the install after the service has been completed, I am unable to offer a refund or corrective service.
