Cancellation Policy

You MUST text to cancel/reschedule your appointment 48hr prior to your appointment time! Any cancellation within 48hrs will be charged 50% of your total. WE have a 15min grace period. To determine if you’ll need to reschedule when running 15+mins late you need to call before the grace period. If you don’t CALL when you’ll be 15+ mins late, your appt will be cancelled and charged 100% of your total for no call/no show. Please READ descriptions of services you’re interested in. I do NOT work over other ppl work. All clients must be 12 and older. Due to limited seating, anyone not being serviced is not allowed. You must READ the hair recommendation tab for hair I recommend. I DO NOT accept cash. Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Cash App accepted. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel 24hr after booking. Deposit is good for ONLY 7days from date of any rescheduled appt. The same deposit is ONLY good for one rescheduled appointment and is NOT transferrable to another person. If you want to change your style, you have 48hrs prior to your appointment to do so. Deposit is forfeited if policy is not met.
